iWander Tasmania is built around one idea. Small, personal tours that actually feel like an experience, not a schedule.

We specialise in a handful of carefully designed day tours, including our signature Falls and Devils experience. This takes you through some of southern Tasmania’s most iconic locations, including Mount Field National Park, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, Richmond Village, and kunanyi / Mount Wellington.

For cruise ship guests, our shore excursions are timed perfectly to your visit, giving you a relaxed, reliable way to see the highlights without the stress.

We also offer private tours for those wanting something more tailored. Whether it’s exploring Freycinet National Park or enjoying a slower day through the Coal River Valley, we can build a day around you.

What sets us apart is how we run our tours. Small group sizes, a relaxed pace, and guides who know Tasmania beyond the surface.

We’re locals, we’re experienced, and we genuinely care about the people we take out each day.

OUR STORY

iWander Tasmania was founded in 2017 by Jarrod and Farrah Dunn, with a focus on creating a more personal and experience-driven way to explore the island.

What started as an idea has grown into a small, hands-on operation, where every detail is managed in-house. From planning and communication to guiding and day-to-day operations, everything is kept close to ensure a consistent, high quality experience.

Jarrod leads the tours, bringing a strong connection to Tasmania’s history. With 17 direct convict ancestors and a childhood spent in a Georgian sandstone home built by convicts near Richmond, the stories shared throughout the day aren’t just historical facts, they’re personal.

Farrah works behind the scenes, managing bookings, partnerships, and the overall experience from first enquiry through to the end of your tour.

Together, it’s a business built on genuine care, attention to detail, and a deep connection to the place we call home.

OUR SERVICE

Tours are capped at 20 clients per trip. Our flexibility and stress free pace allows you to spend more time out of the bus and with small groups sizes you will never feel congested or lost. iWander Tasmania is locally owned and operated, effective 7 days a week, motivated to guarantee that our clients get the best holiday experiences and ensuring that accurate information is offered. Our guests depart with memories of a lifetime and often express their wish to return and experience more of this remarkable part of the world.
