iWander Tasmania restricts each tour to 11 to 20 people which includes the driver/guide and on some tours an additional guide.
A basic level of fitness is all that is needed to enjoy an iWander tour. There isn’t anything demanding but each tour will require some walking, from the bus to the beach, or 30 metres above the trees at the Tahune Airwalk.

We are able to pick you up from most locations within the central Hobart area. Pick up time will fall between 7:35am to 7:50am. you will be contacted a day before the travel date to confirm the pickup time and location.
If guests are not staying in Central Hobart, they will need to make their way to our meeting point – 20 Davey Street, Hobart, TAS 7000.
We will contact you prior to your departure date with an exact pick up time and location. This may be as late as a day or two prior to your travel date as we receive late booking cancellations and hotel changes which can alter your pick up time.

Yes, children aged from 0-16 are welcome to join tours at a discounted rate.

Yes, we pick up and drop off from Hobart’s cruise terminal.
Cruise ship guests can join any day tour as long as the ship is in port for long enough. Some days we get enough interest from cruise guests to open a shorter day tour. E.g Falls and Devils tour from 8:00am till 4:30pm or 9:00am till 6:00pm
We use a Mercedes Benz Sprinter (2017) and a Toyota HiAce Commuter (2014) for most tours. Under some circumstances (car service/repair, large group booking etc, we hire vehicles.

iWander Tasmania recommend you have travel insurance that covers cancellation costs.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancelling 24 hours prior to a your departure date you will receive a full refund.

Only some accommodation packages provide breakfast. Some tours do have local produce tasting (read tour inclusions). We do stop frequently on most tours and food, drinks and toilets are easily accessible.
Backpacks and handbags with hats, cameras, sun cream, and snacks etc are ideal for iWander tours.
You can only store luggage on the bus if your flight is booked for 8:00pm or after on the day of your tour. iWander takes no responsibility for personal belongings left on the bus. Leave a message if you have any queries or special requirements.
